At About Pens, we take great care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping and delivery process works within Australia.

Production and dispatch times vary depending on the product type and quantity ordered.

• Standard dispatch: 8 to 10 working days from approval of artwork and payment
• Indent / custom orders: May take up to 15 working days or longer, depending on complexity and volume

Yes, we offer an Express 5 Day Dispatch Service for many stocked items.

• We can print and dispatch selected products within 5 business days.
• Shipping is available via standard land couriers or next day air services such as StarTrack and TNT/Fedex depending on urgency.
• Express service is subject to additional fees, quoted on application and dependent on production capacity at the time.

If you need your promotional items urgently or within 10 to 12 working days, please note this when submitting your quote or order, or contact us directly for expedited options.

We ship Australia-wide using reputable couriers such as StarTrack, Couriers Please and Fastway.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• East Coast cities: Next day to 2–3 business days
• South Australia cities: 3–4 business days
• Western Australia cities: 5–6 business days
• Rural areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
• Northern Territory: Up to 2 weeks
• Air freight: Available for urgent orders at additional cost

We only deliver to street addresses. PO Boxes cannot be used.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. All product prices include GST and freight..

If you wish to track your parcel, simply let us know. We will provide:

• Courier name
• Tracking number
• Tracking website or link

If your order arrives damaged:

• If damage is visible at delivery (for example, an outer carton is crushed), please note it on the delivery docket and inform us immediately.
• If damage is only visible after opening the parcel, notify us as soon as possible.

We will arrange a replacement or provide credit for the damaged items.

We do not currently offer international shipping. All deliveries are within Australia only.
